How Pathium is organized
Five tabs run along the bottom. Each one holds a part of your training and wellbeing:
- Train — exercises, workouts, and multi-week plans.
- Move — walks, runs, rides, hikes, and ski days with GPS, plus a way to explore trails and places.
- Recover — guided breathing, sauna and cold sessions, rest, and sleep.
- Timers — stopwatch, countdown, and interval timers.
- Track — Nourish (food, water, fasting), Achieve (habits, goals, to-dos), and Reflect (journal, photos, measurements).
- The gear (top left) opens Settings.
- The gauge (top right) opens the Dashboard — Today, History, and Statistics for everything you log.
- The + button (bottom right) adds something to the tab you are on.
- The search field and filter button narrow any list.
