Interval Timers

Work/rest interval timers (Tabata-style) for circuits — set the rounds and let it run.

Running a one-off interval

Timers → Interval shows an Interval Summary card — rounds, work time, rest time, and the total. Adjust Exercise, Rest, and Rounds with the − and + steppers, then tap Start Interval.

  • While running: a dual ring shows total progress on the outside and the current phase (Exercise or Rest) on the inside, with a Round N of M label.
  • Controls along the bottom: End, Pause or Resume, and Skip to jump to the next phase early.
Interval setup: 8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest.

Saving an interval preset

  1. Tap + → Add Custom for a blank preset, or Browse Library for a built-in one such as Tabata (20s / 10s, 8 rounds).
  2. Edit a saved preset's Exercise time, Rest time, and Rounds — the total time updates automatically.

Saved presets live in SAVED INTERVALS below the setup card — tap the play button to start one, or the row to edit it.
