Activity Summary & Explorer

What you see when an activity ends, and how to dig into speed, elevation, and grade along your route.

The summary screen

When you finish, Activity Complete shows your total time, how many items you finished in each tab (Train, Move, Recover, Timers), and a card for the activity.

  • The route map has a switch above it — Route, Speed, Elevation, or Grade — that recolors the line. Speed runs from Slowest (red) to Fastest (green).
  • Tiles below the map show DISTANCE, TIME, STEPS, AVG PACE, and CALORIES.
  • SPEED OVER TIME charts your speed from START to END, with AVG SPEED and TOP SPEED underneath. When elevation was recorded, an ALTITUDE OVER TIME chart appears too.
  • SPLITS lists each mile (or kilometer, per your units) with its time; a final partial split is marked Partial, and any paused time or GPS gap in a split is noted.
  • HEART RATE shows your AVG, MIN, and MAX BPM if a heart-rate source was connected.
  • Done closes the summary; the activity is already saved to History.
The summary: total time, then the activity card with its route.
Stat tiles, the speed chart, and heart rate.

Explore Activity

Tap Explore Activity under the tiles for a closer look. It opens a full-screen view with a Speed, Elevation, and Grade switch.

  • Speed — your route colored by pace, with a chart of speed over the whole activity.
  • Elevation — the route colored by altitude, with an elevation profile.
  • Grade — the route colored uphill versus downhill, with a grade chart.
  • Drag your finger across any chart and a marker moves along the map to show where you were.
  • The arrows icon on a chart expands it to landscape for a closer look.
