Plan Library
Browse ready-made multi-week plans, look at every day before you commit, and add one in a few taps.
Opening the library
- Go to Train → Plans and tap the + button.
- Choose Browse Library. The Templates sheet opens with every plan.
- Search by name, or use the chips: All, Strength, Cardio, Mobility & Core, Breath & Mind, and Heat & Cold.
What the chips cover
- Strength — barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight, kettlebell, and sport-prep plans, including whole-body and longevity programs.
- Cardio — running (Couch to 5K, 5K to 10K), Zone 2 base building, HIIT, and walking.
- Mobility & Core — mobility, back health, core, and balance plans.
- Breath & Mind — breathing, sleep, and journaling plans.
- Heat & Cold — sauna, cold exposure, and contrast-therapy plans.
Looking before you add
Tap Explore on a plan to open its preview: the level, length in weeks, how many days a week, a description, and a SCHEDULE listing every week and day.
Tap any scheduled item to see what is inside it — for a workout, every exercise with its sets, reps or time, weight, rest, and coaching notes; for breathing or a thermal session, the pattern and length.
Adding a plan
- In the preview, tap Add to My Plans. (From the library list, the + button on the card does the same.)
- If the plan has blank days, Rest Days asks what you would like to do on them: Nothing, Easy walk, Breathing, Mobility, or Sauna. Rest stays rest by default — these are optional extras.
- Tap Add Plan. The plan appears on Train → Plans.
An optional extra never blocks you: if you skip it, the day still counts as finished and the plan moves on. Sauna is limited to two days a week. Training days are never changed.
