Running a Plan

Start a plan, do each day from the Dashboard or the plan itself, and what happens when you miss a day.

Start the plan

  1. Open the plan from Train → Plans.
  2. Tap Start Plan under the plan's name.
  3. Pick Flexible or Scheduled under SCHEDULE — see below.
A plan in progress: Week 2 of 6, Day 3 of 7, with Complete Day and Stop.

Flexible or Scheduled

  • Flexible — self-paced. Each calendar day shows the next day of the plan. Missing a day never sets you back: the plan waits for you.
  • Scheduled — days map to real dates starting from the date you choose. Missed days are listed so you can catch up or mark them done.

A rest day (or a day that holds only optional extras) passes by itself. A day with real work waits until you finish it, or tap Complete Day.

Doing today's work

Open the Dashboard (the gauge icon, top right). Today's plan appears in a PLANS card showing the plan name, TODAY, and Week and Day. Each item has a circle to mark it done and a play button to start it.

  • Play — starts that workout or session.
  • The circle beside an item — tap it for Mark Done or Skip without running the item. A finished or skipped item offers Reopen.
  • Mark Day Complete — finishes everything left for today at once.
  • Start Next Day Early — on a Flexible plan, jump ahead once today is complete.
Today on the Dashboard: the date, a daily quote, your completed ring, and today's plan.

Editing a plan

Open any plan to change it. Tap + on a day to add workouts, exercises, activities, recover sessions, timers, or tasks. Tap a day item to open it, drag its handle to reorder, or use Set time and Remove.

  • Add Week adds a week; the copy button on a week duplicates it with every item reset to open.
  • Adding new required work to a day you already completed reopens that day.
  • Removing or reordering weeks keeps your completed days attached to the right week.

Stop ends the plan early without deleting it. Starting it again begins from Day 1.
