Workout Library

Ready-made workouts you can look inside, filter, and add to your own list in one tap.

Opening the library

  1. Go to Train → Workouts and tap the + button.
  2. Choose Browse Library. The Workout Templates sheet opens.
  3. Use the search field to find a workout by name, or the filter chips under it to narrow the list.
Workout Templates, with the filter chips scrolled to Cardio, Core, Mobility, and No Equipment.

The filter chips

  • All — every template.
  • Strength — lifting sessions, from beginner full-body days to specialty work.
  • HIIT — short, hard interval sessions.
  • Cardio — heart-rate-raising sessions: starter cardio, jump rope, circuits, conditioning.
  • Core — floor-based core work.
  • Mobility — warm-ups, cool-downs, stretching, and flow sessions.
  • No Equipment — only workouts where every exercise needs nothing but your body and some floor space. A bench, box, bar, ring, or rope disqualifies a workout.

Reading a card

Each card shows the workout's name, a level badge (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced), its exercise count and category, a short description, and a strip of its exercises.

  • Explore — opens the template so you can read its full EXERCISES list before deciding. Add to My Workouts is at the bottom, and Close backs out.
  • + — adds the workout to your own list straight away.

After you add one

The workout is now a normal workout of your own. Open it from Train → Workouts to change anything — the library copy never changes. Exercises you didn't already have are added to your Exercises list automatically; ones you already own are reused, not duplicated.
